Jose Carlos Ayon-Torres

Jose Carlos Ayon-Torres has held various roles in human resources throughout their career. Jose Carlos started as a Human Resources Manager at Swenson Shear from December 2016 to June 2018. Jose Carlos then worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Taylor Farms from June 2018 to June 2019. Following that, they became a Human Resources Business Partner at Crate and Barrel from June 2019 to February 2020. Jose Carlos continued their work as a Human Resources Generalist at Northland Controls from March 2020 to August 2020. Currently, they are working at sbe Lifestyle Hospitality, where they have held three different roles, starting as a Human Resources Generalist in April 2021, then moving to a Human Resources Business Partner role in June 2021, and currently holding the position of Human Resources Director starting from August 2022.

Jose Carlos Ayon-Torres attended Tolleson Union High School from 2006 to 2010, where they earned their High School Diploma. Jose Carlos then went on to the University of Arizona from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
