Anton Kotlyar

Anton Kotlyar is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Executive Director for DeFi & Digital Assets in Global Markets at Sberbank CIB since July 2025. Previously, Kotlyar held the position of Head of Product & Business Development for Digital Assets at Alfa-Bank and was the Head of Business Line at Sberbank, overseeing core banking and investment products. Kotlyar's expertise includes multi-asset product management, structured product origination, and cross-functional project leadership. Kotlyar's career includes tenure as Head of Structured Products at Sberbank Life Insurance and Portfolio Manager at Talan Group LTD, as well as an internship in the Investment Banking Department at Asian-Pacific Bank. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Investment and Financial Management from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
