Atash Alekperov

Atash Alekperov is a skilled professional with extensive experience in software development and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Lecturer at the National Research University — Higher School of Economics since January 2025, Atash also works as a Scala/Java Developer at Sberbank since May 2022. Prior to these roles, Atash was a Software Engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from December 2016 to May 2022, contributing to the development of the HPE Intelligent Assurance product utilizing AI and Big Data technologies. From January 2009 to December 2016, Atash held the position of Quality Assurance Team Lead at ABBYY, overseeing software testing processes and participating in development activities. Atash holds a Master's Degree in Physics from Lomonosov Moscow State University and pursued graduate studies in Geology/Earth Science at The Schmidt Institute of Physics of the Earth of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
