Ekaterina Yadova

Ekaterina Yadova is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic planning and management. Currently serving as an Executive at Sberbank since 2019, Ekaterina developed two federally impactful strategic plans with performance indicators and productivity analyses. Prior to this role, Ekaterina was the Chief Executive at the Moscow Technological Institute from 2012 to 2019, where a strategy to launch over 100 new educational products resulted in a 30% profit increase. In a previous position as Chief Executive at KOMITET (2007-2014), seven campaign strategies were implemented, significantly boosting the trust rating from 3% to 36%. Earlier in the career, Ekaterina earned a Ph.D. as a Scientist at the Russian Academy of Sciences (2007-2012). Ekaterina holds an MBA from the University of Wales, a Master’s Degree in Social Psychology from Lomonosov Moscow State University, and multiple qualifications in sociology and applied mathematics.
