Kirill Melnikov

Kirill Melnikov is an experienced executive in the banking and technology sectors, currently serving as Executive Director of Retail Business at Sberbank since December 2016, where responsibilities include team management and optimizing customer sales processes. Prior to this role, Kirill was a Senior Project Manager at Sberbank-Technology, overseeing projects for a multi-channel digital banking platform across Europe. With a prior tenure as Head of Area at Alfa-Bank, Kirill successfully implemented numerous projects to enhance electronic banking sales and reduce costs. Additional experience includes leading project management at Bistrodengi, managing systems at the Sochi 2014 Organizing Committee, and serving as Technical Director at FTN Monitor, along with roles in IT at Rosbank and Oracle Corporation. Kirill holds a PhD in Economics and has completed further education at INSEAD.
