Max Litvinenko

Max Litvinenko is a seasoned Product Designer currently serving as the Design Team Lead at Sberbank, where they shape design processes and define UX principles. They have extensive experience in user experience, concept development, and strategic planning, particularly in launching new products in B2B and B2C markets. Previously, Max held key positions, including Head of Product Design at Tripment Health and Co-Founder at both Actie and Worksterdam, where they focused on product strategy and user-centered design. Max also contributes as a Product Design Mentor at adplist.org, guiding aspiring designers through their career paths. They hold a degree in Applied Informatics in Management from Kuban State University and have studied UI Design at the Design School by Bureau Gorbunov.
