Victoria Knyazeva

Victoria Knyazeva is an experienced executive with a strong background in strategy and operations. Currently serving as Executive Director and Head of Strategy Projects at Sberbank since May 2017, Victoria has previously held roles as Strategy Manager at the same institution and as a Consultant in the Strategy & Operations Department at Deloitte from July 2013 to May 2017. At Deloitte, work included headcount optimization for a Russian chemical company and the development of a target operating model for a gold mining company. Prior to that, Victoria was Head of Payroll Sales Group at Alfa-Bank, focusing on corporate client relations, and a Project Manager at Absolut Bank, where communication with real estate agencies led to a significant increase in loyal partnerships. Victoria holds a Specialist degree with honors in Economics from Ural State University and completed executive education at INSEAD.
