Ryan Duarte

Ryan Duarte is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at SBI Builders Inc since January 2022, Ryan is overseeing the ongoing development of the Aster Ave Apartments project in Sunnyvale, CA. Prior to this role, Ryan held the position of Project Manager at Fairfield Residential, managing significant projects such as Great Oaks and Marshall Squares. Ryan's career also includes key roles at ROEM, where responsibilities spanned from project engineering to assistant project management across various multi-family developments.
