Amit Kalra has a diverse work experience in the banking and finance industry. Amit started their career at SBI Card in 2010 as a Manager in the Customer Services- Contact Center. Amit successfully managed a team of 200 people and improved the customer service metrics. In 2011, they joined GE as a Senior Manager in the Credit Cards JV, where they handled VIP customer relationships and achieved outstanding results. Amit returned to SBI Card in 2013 as the Chief Nodal Officer and Assistant Vice President in Customer Services. Their responsibilities included managing complaints, coordinating with RBI, and providing VIP customer service. In 2016, they became Deputy Vice President in the Center of Excellence, where they focused on customer experience and optimization initiatives. Finally, in 2017, they were promoted to Vice President of Sales and Business Development.
Amit Kalra obtained a Bachelor's degree from Bal Bharati Public School between 1979 and 1994.
