Girish Budhiraja

Girish Budhiraja is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and marketing within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer as well as the Chief Product & Marketing Officer at SBI Card since October 2012, Girish is responsible for revenue delivery and has a strong grasp of consumer behavior and digital payment trends. Prior to this role, Girish was a Director at American Express, where responsibilities included tracking credit card market trends and launching new products in India. Additionally, Girish held an Assistant Vice President position at GE Money and worked as an Area Sales Manager at ICI Paints, focusing on sales in Eastern UP. Early in the career, Girish contributed to business development at CMC. Educated at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad, Girish holds a PGDM and B Tech degree, respectively.
