Manoj Das is currently serving as the Lead Analyst in Fraud Risk Management at SBI Card since October 2023. Prior to this role, Manoj held the position of Regional Manager for Risk Control Units at IndusInd Bank, overseeing both pre-acquisition and post-investigation processes for Cards and Personal Loans from May to October 2023. Manoj's extensive experience at HDFC Bank spanned over a decade, where roles included Assistant Vice President, Senior Manager, Manager, and Deputy Manager in Risk Intelligence and Control. Earlier in the career, Manoj worked as Collections Manager and Sales Manager at Kotak Mahindra Prime Limited, focusing on portfolio quality, recovery, and retail loan sales. Manoj completed a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce at the University of Calcutta and earned multiple MBA degrees specializing in Marketing and Finance from Sikkim Manipal University.
