Ponnappa NC is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial services and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Contact Centre at SBI Card since May 2013, Ponnappa has previously held various positions at GE Capital from August 2004 to May 2013, including Assistant Vice President and Senior Manager in Collections. Earlier career experiences include a role as Senior Executive in Risk & Credit at Tata Teleservices Ltd and as an Executive in Credit & Risk at airtel.
