Prashant Mathur has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Prashant started their career as a Process Analyst at GE in 1999. After that, they worked at ABN AMRO Bank as a Manager, where they successfully turned around the struggling unit of financial back-end operations for the credit card portfolio program.

In 2007, Prashant joined GE Capital as a Senior Manager, focusing on partnership cards at SBI Cards. Prashant managed portfolios for Spice Jet and Maruti Suzuki, nurturing these partnerships into significant business lines. Prashant also led a team of 12 members in executing marketing strategies and delivered substantial cost savings to the business.

In 2013, they advanced to the role of Assistant Vice President & Head of Product & Marketing for Banking Co-Brands at GE Capital. Prashant established a dedicated co-branding banking channel by partnering with three major banks, launching successful co-branded credit card programs in both mass affluent and premium segments.

In 2016, Prashant joined SBI Card as Vice President of Marketing Product Management. Prashant further strengthened the banking partner portfolio, successfully onboarding four new major banks. Additionally, they launched the Elite Card product variant and established the banking portfolio as the only channel with a mass affluent, premium, and elite card base.

Throughout their career, Prashant has demonstrated strong leadership skills, effective strategic planning, and the ability to foster successful partnerships.

Prashant Mathur holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from SPCJ Institute of Management, which they completed from 1996 to 1998. Prashant also obtained a Diploma in Systems Management from the National Institute of Information Technology in 1996. Furthermore, they pursued a B.Com (Honors) degree from St John's College and a M.Com in Business Administration Group from the same institution. Prashant has additional certifications in coaching, innovation, and systems management.
