Vineet Khandai

Vineet Khandai has accumulated significant experience in customer service and contact center management, currently serving as the Center Head for the Vadodara Contact Center at SBI Card. Previous roles include Assistant Vice President and Senior Manager at the Escalation Desk, focusing on customer services. Earlier in the career, Vineet held the position of Assistant Team Leader at Tata Teleservices Ltd. An alumnus of Delhi University and Dayanand Public School, Vineet completed a high school education in Commerce.
