Suresh Rao

Suresh Rao is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in the non-life insurance sector across various companies. Currently serving as Sr. Vice President at WTW since March 2022, Suresh manages sales operations for crop and health insurance across four states, leveraging a blend of techno-functional expertise and consulting skills in crop insurance software development. Prior roles at SBI General Insurance spanned over a decade, including National Sales Manager and Vice President of Corporate Sales, where responsibilities included national business strategy, direct client management, and lead generation initiatives. Suresh has also contributed to ICICI Lombard in various capacities, leading international business and corporate solutions groups, and has a foundational background in financial services from GE Countrywide. Educational qualifications include an Executive Programme in Fintech from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, alongside a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Commerce.
