Deepanjan Dey has extensive work experience in data management and analytics. Deepanjan is currently serving as the Head of Data Management at SBI Mutual Fund since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Head Data and Analytics at Wellness Forever Medicare Private Limited from 2020 to 2022. Deepanjan also worked as an Associate Director and Chief Data Officer at Edelweiss Wealth Management from 2018 to 2020. Before that, they served as a Vice President at Edelweiss Financial Services from 2016 to 2018. Deepanjan has experience in the banking sector as well, having worked as a Vice President at RBS Markets and International Banking from 2012 to 2016 and as a Team Manager at Deutsche Bank from 2011 to 2012. Deepanjan also has experience in the consultancy field, having worked as a TLM Senior Consultant at UBS from 2010 to 2011 and as a TLM Technical Lead at JP Morgan Chase from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they started their career as a Software Developer at Cognizant Technology Solutions from 2004 to 2007.
Deepanjan Dey obtained a B Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from S.T Thomas College of Engineering & Technology, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their high school education in Science from S.T Lawrence High School, from 1988 to 2000.
