Divya Tewari is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations. Currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources at SBI Payment Services Pvt. Ltd. since August 2018, Divya specializes in HR policies, performance appraisal, and employee relations. Previously held the position of Deputy Manager - HR Operations at Compass Group India, where responsibilities included managing various HR functions, leading culture change initiatives, and supporting organizational restructuring. Divya also served as Assistant Manager - Human Capital at AIPL and Sr. Associate - HR at ValueFirst, focusing on recruitment, training programs, and HR policy implementation.
