Ilana Guttmann

Ilana Guttmann is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at Sales Readiness Group since August 2015. Guttmann has a strong background in improving organizational productivity through team building, training, and instructional design as the Principal at Madison Valley Consultants, LLC. Key roles include managing onboarding and continuing education at Tableau Software and serving as a Learning Designer at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Guttmann has also established organizational development strategies for HTC and facilitated training sessions for Americorps/VISTA members. Contributions to the Association for Experiential Education Northwest Region reflect a commitment to experiential education. Guttmann holds a BA in Philosophy of Religion from Reed College and has further educational experiences at Brown University.
