Jason Crowe

As Director of Learning and Development, Jason Crowe brings more than 10 years of experience in developing and delivering training programs. Jason leads Walden Security’s Learning & Development team in partnering with Training Managers, Operations, Human Resources personnel and an assortment of subject matter experts in our regional branches to develop and provide training to our staff and security officers. His expertise and support consists of but not limited to: role-based training, professional development, contract specific training, systems and compliance training and training events in an effort to continually refine the development of all of our key personnel here at Walden Security, starting with our security officers.
