Kristin MacCarthy

Kristin MacCarthy (Norris) currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at SBI, The Growth Advisory since February 2025. Previously, Kristin held the CFO position at Cresa from October 2020 to January 2025, where responsibilities included collaborating with executive leadership to enhance strategic growth and profitability. Prior to that, Kristin was CFO of Market Solutions at JLL from June 2017 to November 2020, focusing on strategic growth and operational efficiencies within a complex organizational structure. Kristin's earlier roles include Vice President & Controller at U.S. Cellular, overseeing financial filings and retail operations controls from February 2014 to May 2017, and Vice President of Finance, US at Martin-Brower from January 2013 to January 2014, contributing to strategic direction for significant revenue and profit segments. Kristin holds an Executive MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BBA in Accounting from St. Mary's College, Notre Dame.
