Ray Makela

Ray Makela is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development, sales training, and consulting. Currently serving as Managing Director of Talent Development at SBI, Ray focuses on Go-to-Market Growth Advisory and Sales Talent Development. Previous roles include CEO and Managing Director of Sales Readiness Group, Chief Customer Officer, and Managing Director at the same firm. Ray's background also includes founding NewLink Sales Group, serving as Director of Consulting Services at CGI, and partnership at Codesic Consulting. Additionally, Ray contributes as a curriculum advisor and guest lecturer at the University of Washington and is a founding member of the Seattle Chapter of the Sales Enablement Society.
