Jen Hand Muldoon

Jen Hand Muldoon has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jen started their career in 2002 as a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, where they later became a Manager in the Human Capital practice. In 2007, they moved to Avid Technology as a Senior Manager, overseeing HR Global Programs. From 2009 to 2012, they worked at Pegasystems as a Director, HR Business Partner. Following this, they joined NewStar Financial as the Head of Human Resources, where they remained until 2018. Currently, they hold the position of SVP, Head of Human Resources at The Savings Bank Mutual Life Insurance Company of Massachusetts.
