Melissa McGlinchey

Melissa McGlinchey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational efficiency, process improvement, and customer experience enhancement. Currently serving as an Agile Product Owner at SBLI since October 2019, Melissa McGlinchey focuses on prioritizing development for a scrum team to drive administrative efficiency and customer satisfaction. Previously, Melissa held positions at Unum from December 1999 to July 2019, including Principal Business Analyst, Director of Business Architecture, and Enterprise Process Analyst, where significant contributions were made to improve customer communication management and streamline product development processes. Melissa McGlinchey holds education from the Gemological Institute of America.
