Pearly Sim

Pearly Sim has extensive experience in sourcing and procurement, with a focus on pressure control and surface pressure control in the oil and gas industry. Pearly has held various leadership roles in global companies such as GE Oil & Gas, Baker Hughes, and SBM Company. Their roles have included director of sourcing, senior sourcing leader, global sourcing leader, global commodity leader, lead commodity manager, and global procurement manager. Pearly has a strong track record of managing large portfolios, achieving optimal costing through supplier relationships, and overseeing global sourcing activities. Pearly has a deep understanding of the industry and has worked with global sites across APAC, MEA, LATAM, and UK.

Pearly Sim obtained a B.A. degree in Arts and Social Science from the National University of Singapore, which they attended from 1996 to 1999. After that, they pursued a B.B.A degree in Finance at Wichita State University and graduated in 2003. Pearly also holds a certification called CPSM from the Institute for Supply Management, but the month and year of its attainment are unknown.
