Julie Bloom

Julie Bloom is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in digital transformation and software development. As the Director of Digital Transformation at SBM Management Services, LP, since April 2025, Julie leverages a strong technical background gained from previous roles, including Technical Program Leader and Software Development Manager at Accretive Technology Group, where a program was maintained with a 99.9% up-time across over 10,000 sites serving more than 1 million users daily. Additional experience includes leading a cross-functional team at Accretive Technology Group, overseeing UI development at gatheredtable, and enhancing user experience as a Senior Web Developer at both Urbanspoon and Marchex. Julie earned a degree in Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI in January 2025 and holds a degree from UCLA, completed in 1995.
