Carlos Cunha

Carlos Cunha is a seasoned professional in health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) management with extensive experience across various roles in the offshore and industrial sectors. Currently serving as a Digital Support Engineer and Offshore Operations HSSE Instructor at SBM Offshore since April 2017, Carlos focuses on competency assessment, HSE training, and incident investigation methodologies. Previous positions include Safety Technician/HSSE Coordinator at Hydratight, Operations Supervisor at Safety Drive Brasil, and Senior Safety Technician/Safety Coordinator at BG Group, where responsibilities included safety performance analysis, risk assessments, and training management. Carlos holds a Technical Safety Technician degree and has made contributions to HSSE documentation, training development, and incident prevention initiatives throughout a career spanning over two decades, along with educational foundations from BYU-Pathway Worldwide and ETUS.
