Erick Eduardo Zillmann Ribeiro

Erick Eduardo Zillmann Ribeiro is a Senior Information Technology System Specialist at SBM Offshore, responsible for the administration of Microsoft Azure and M365 environments and Exchange 365 since April 2023. Prior to this role, Erick served in various IT positions at Banco Modal from April 2012 to March 2023, culminating as an IT Infrastructure Analyst II, where the administration of the entire M365 environment was a key responsibility. Previous roles include IT Support Analyst at Azul Seguros and multiple support positions at Rhealeza Informática, including project contributions to Sulamerica Seguros and CSN. Earlier work experience includes an office assistant position at Paraíso das Peças de Itaguaí LTDA ME. Erick holds a Pós-Graduação in Tecnologia e Segurança em Redes from Universidade Estácio de Sá and a Licenciatura in Computação from Fundação Educacional Unificada Campograndense, along with certifications in ITIL and MCTIP.
