Irene Joy is a seasoned communication professional currently serving as the Group Communication Business Partner at SBM Offshore since February 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Fever FM (HT Media Ltd.) as Associate Creative Solutions Programmer, where Irene wrote commercial and promotional copy to enhance revenue generation from May 2020 to February 2022. Prior to that, Irene worked as a Brand Executive at Madison World, managing clients such as The Serai resorts and ITC FMCG goods, focusing on public and media relations from March 2018 to March 2020. Irene's experience also includes an Account Executive position at Torque Communications, handling public relations and branding for clients like Barbeque Nation and BlueStone. Early career internships at Chennailive 104.8 FM and 94.3 Radio One provided foundational skills in content creation, voice-over work, and event management. Irene holds a Master of Science in Visual Communication from Loyola College and a Bachelor of Science in Design and Visual Communications from Madras Christian College.
