Kaninik Baradi

Kaninik Baradi is a Technical Manager at Makerspace Delft and a BIM Consultant at Xinaps, both positions held since August and December 2022, respectively. Additionally, Kaninik serves on the Board of Trustees for the Batubhai Umarwadia Dramatic Research and Education Training Institute since June 2017, providing advisory support in the Theatre and Media Centre. Previous experience includes an internship at WRI Europe, contributing to the Integrated Climate Action Program, and a role as Strategic Initiatives Officer at Urban Management Centre, where Kaninik led the development of a Climate Action Plan for Chennai. Academic roles included teaching and research positions at CEPT University and Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar. Kaninik is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Complex Systems Engineering and Management at Delft University of Technology after obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Construction Technology from CEPT University.
