Lynda Bariza-Lathieyre

Lynda Bariza-Lathieyre serves as the HR Manager for Recruitment Career Support at SBM OFFSHORE since September 2012. Lynda has extensive experience in human resources, including a role as DRH at a confidential organization since January 2003, where responsibilities included adapting HR policies, managing recruitment processes, and implementing performance indicators. Previous positions include HR roles at Sagem Sécurité and as Responsable des Ressources Humaines at Fnac, where tasks involved personnel management, internal communication, and compliance with labor laws. Lynda holds a Master’s degree in Management and Development of Human Resources from ISG Institut Supérieur de Gestion and a DEA in Social Law from Université Paris Nanterre.
