Nicolas Steve

Nicolas Steve has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager for Monaco & France at SBM Offshore since February 2011. In this role, Nicolas oversees HR services for Monaco-based entities and the Netherlands, managing a team of 25 across various functions including payroll, compensation, international mobility, and training administration. Previous positions at SBM Offshore include Sr. HR Business Partner, HR Shared Services Manager, and HR Business Partner, with responsibilities ranging from workforce planning and recruitment to employee relations and talent management. Nicolas also has experience as an International Mobility Specialist and previously worked at Amadeus in a similar role. Nicolas holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from MBS School of Business, complemented by studies at the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth, and IAE Montpellier.
