Nileema Naidu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global mobility and immigration management. Currently serving as the Global Visa Manager at SBM Offshore since August 2023, Nileema is responsible for policy development, compliance management, and visa application processing among other key functions. Prior to this role, Nileema held the position of Global Mobility Manager at Cognizant Technology Solutions, managing immigration and relocation for personnel across multiple countries and handling over 4,000 cases annually. Nileema's earlier experience includes serving as Immigration Manager at Wipro Technologies and Operations Team Leader at Kuoni Business Travel India, demonstrating a strong background in immigration, mobility, and operations management.
