Rolan Mangubat

Rolan Mangubat has extensive experience in the field of instrumentation and control systems, with a career spanning over a decade across various renowned organizations. Currently serving as Lead ICSS at SBM Offshore since February 2012 and as Lead Instrument (Fire and Gas)/ HAE (Ex) Inspector at OSX2, Rolan has also been part of the M3NERGY OFFSHORE LIMITED team as a DCS Technician in the Operation Readiness Team since July 2014. Previous roles include Commissioning Instrument and Control Technician at MODEC International LLC and Commissioning Instrument Technician at Bumi Armada / Haven Automation Industries Pte. Ltd. Expertise includes Foundation Fieldbus segment testing, loop checking with Yokogawa systems, and support in pre-commissioning and commissioning of various systems. Rolan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of San Jose-Recoletos and diplomas in Radio and Television Mechanic and Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic.
