Ronald Tertoolen

Ronald Tertoolen began their work experience in 1986 at Unitor Ships Service - Distribtion Centre, where they worked as an Orderplanner for Newbuildings/Projects & Network Branches until September 1998. Ronald then joined SBM Schiedam and held various roles, including Vendor Document Controller from 1998 to 2001, Senior Document Controller from 2002 to 2005, Expert Document Controller in 2006, and Lead Document Controller from 2007 to 2013. During their time at SBM Schiedam, they were involved in the development, training, and support of electronic document management systems. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at GustoMSC as a Commissioning administrator and Senior Document Controller, responsible for document control, commissioning administration, and invoicing on Jack-up/Platform projects. In 2013, they also began working as a Personal Trainer, Begeleider & Inspirator at TTOutdoor. In 2018, they took on the role of Organisator at TTOutdoor Events and joined SBM Offshore as a Senior Document Controller, responsible for projects such as FPSO Liza Unity, Trion FSO, Lufeng, and FPSO Almirante Tamandare. In 2022, they became the Lead Document Controller at SBM Offshore and in 2023, they took on the role of Document Control Lead Schiedam & Monaco - Global Engineering Document Control Lead.

Ronald Tertoolen completed various short-term courses and trainings related to sports and emergency response. In 2017, they attended the AALO school and acquired certifications as a Kettlebell Trainer (Level 1 and 2), a Sport First Aid provider, and a Sport Psychology/Mental Coach. Additionally, in the same year, they enrolled at EEFA to become a Running Instructor (Level 2). In 2007-2008, they received training as an Athletics Coach from the Atletiek Unie. In 2020, they attended Trigion Consultancy en Training and obtained a certification as a Company Emergency Response Team Member (including AED) and completed an Emergency First Aid course (Oranje Kruis).
