Simone Rubim

Simone Rubim is an experienced bilingual executive assistant currently working at a confidential company since September 2020. Prior to this role, Simone served as an assessora at Governo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro from April to December 2019 and was a bilingual executive secretary at Chevron from August 2007 to February 2019, where responsibilities included planning and organizing internal and external events and meetings, as well as managing document organization and material inventory for support areas. Simone’s career began at Texaco, where positions included logistics operations analyst and credit and collections assistant from 1996 to 2006. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial and Administration from Universidade Unigranrio | Afya (1996-1999) and a postgraduate degree in Marketing from Estácio (2000-2001).
