Wouter Holties serves as the Head of Investor Relations at SBM Offshore since September 2022, previously holding the position of Corporate Finance Manager. Wouter has extensive experience in structured finance, having worked at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as Director of Structured Finance - Energy EMEA and as a Senior Restructurer for International Clients during a temporary transfer following the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to that, Wouter was at BNP Paribas, serving as a Senior Credit Analyst and in various roles related to acquisition and leveraged finance. Wouter began the career as an M&A Analyst at PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance and held a position as an Investment Assistant at ABN AMRO. Wouter holds a Master of Science in Finance from Nyenrode Business University and has been affiliated with the CFA Institute since 2010.
