Marianne Vidershain is Vice President and Treasurer at Lear Corporation. She is responsible for providing liquidity to navigate economic cycles, supporting the company’s growth strategy, and delivering a competitive return to shareholders. Vidershain leads a global organization in charge of capital structure strategy and execution, bank and rating agency relationships, cash management operations, and financial risk management, including foreign exchange and insurance.
Since joining Lear in 2004, Vidershain has progressed through increasing roles of responsibility within corporate treasury and operational finance. Most recently, she served as Director of Capital Markets and Subsidiary Finance, Director of Finance—Global Purchasing, Director of Global Financial Planning and Analysis, and Assistant Treasurer.
Vidershain earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and an MBA from the University of Michigan. She serves on the board of directors for the Detroit Zoological Society as well as Inforum Michigan.
