Xavier Connaulte

Xavier Connaulte, PMP, has over two decades of experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as the Technical & Framing Manager at SBM Offshore since April 2003. In this role within the Execution Directorate of the Brownfield Project Services, Xavier focuses on validating execution strategies and overseeing engineering performance across various projects. Prior positions at SBM include MPF Program Engineering Project Manager and Site Engineering Project Manager, where notable accomplishments include developing an organized interface register and enhancing construction efficiency for major projects like the Shell Stones Disconnectable FPSO. Earlier career experiences at 2H Offshore Inc. and 2H Offshore Ltd. involved roles as a Hydrodynamic Engineer and Senior Riser Engineer, respectively. Xavier holds a Master's Degree in Ocean Engineering from Centrale Méditerranée, with a specialization in Hydrodynamics.
