Moyan Jia

Moyan Jia is a Technical Support Specialist at uBriGene Biosciences Inc., specializing in cell and gene therapy since July 2023. Previously, Moyan served as a Scientific Consultant at Dagong Biotechnology from October 2022 to April 2024, focusing on agriculture and animal husbandry. Prior to that, Moyan contributed as a Research Assistant in Plant Functional Genomics at The University of British Columbia from February 2021 to October 2022 and as a Graduate Research Assistant during the academic pursuit of a Master of Science in Botany from August 2018 to December 2020. Earlier experience includes roles as a Quality Inspector at 蒙牛 in 2017 and a Medicine Specialist at Datang Medicine Co., Ltd in 2016. Moyan holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Penn State University (2014-2017) and a Master's degree in Genetics and Botany/Plant Biology from The University of British Columbia (2018-2020).
