Jan’s main focus is to help companies increase revenues and reduce sales costs through programs to create the right sales culture. When diagnosing a clients’ situation, Jan’s economic educational background in Sales Management and many years of sales experience helps him design a quality solution. His 9-year sales career started in the USA where he was involved in leading, training and managing sales teams whilst simultaneously delivering individual sales targets. On the way towards SBR Consulting, he also experienced over-the-phone sales which now helps him to understand some of his clients better.
