Aaron Kerr

Aaron KERR is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Manager of Treasury and Financial Analysis at SBS Bank since July 2011. In this role, Aaron focuses on strategy and policy development for managing interest rate, foreign exchange, liquidity, and funding risks while ensuring regulatory compliance with RBNZ standards. Prior to SBS Bank, Aaron was a Senior Accountant at Sorted Accounting, specializing in compliance for PIE investment funds and providing tax advice to small businesses. Aaron's career also includes a role as Product Controller at Bank of New Zealand, where responsibilities included preparing profit and loss statements for various desks and producing analytical commentary on trading performance. Additionally, Aaron worked as a Project Accountant in Treasury at Diageo, where the focus was on creating IFRS-compliant accounting manuals and implementing quarterly reporting processes. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Otago.
