Emma Shaw

Emma Shaw currently serves as the Change and Communications Lead at SBS Bank, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Emma was the Communications Advisor at Destination Queenstown Inc from August 2023 to August 2025. Emma's extensive experience at ANZ, where tenure lasted from December 2012 to August 2023, included various managerial roles, notably as Corporate Social Media and Content Manager, PR and Communications Manager, and Brand Marketing Manager, where Emma successfully led numerous strategic communications initiatives, including crisis management during Covid-19 and impactful brand campaigns. Earlier experience includes roles in communication advisory for the Victorian Government Shared Services Centre, Telstra, and T-Mobile, fostering skills in employee engagement, integrated communications, and marketing strategies. Emma holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Otago.
