Chad Knutson

Chad Knutson has extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity. Chad started their career at Secure Banking Solutions, LLC in 2004 and held multiple roles such as Information Security Consultant, Senior Information Security Consultant, VP Professional Services, VP Research & Development, VP Product and Professional Services, and VP of the SBS Institute. In 2015, Chad joined SBS CyberSecurity and continued to excel in various positions including President of the SBS Institute, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Information Security Officer, and currently serves as the President of the company.

Chad Knutson holds a Master's degree in Information Assurance from Dakota State University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Computer Information Systems at the same university from 1999 to 2004. In addition to their academic qualifications, Chad has obtained various certifications, including the Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) from ISACA in November 2020, the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA in August 2009, and the Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in August 2007.
