After graduating in International Employment Relations & HRM from The London School of Economics (LSE), Chloe worked as an HR consultant at Aon Hewitt, before moving to have in-house experience in HRM/HRD at Samsung Card and HYBE. She is well-versed in multiple HR disciplines such as performance management, compensation, development, and employee relations. She is interested in empowering people who change the world for sustainable growth.
