Sharie Carter-Bane

Sharie Carter-Bane has a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Since the completion of her degree, she has taken on a variety of business roles which allowed her to expand her knowledge of business development, program management, marketing/sales development, and technical analysis.

Sharie founded SC-B Consulting when she noticed a large trend for both government and private business managers: they were lacking time. These business leaders ran organizations that were growing faster than their business’s resources and personnel were growing. They needed to outsource their projects, and they wanted industry leading professionals to take on these outsourced roles. It was at this time that Sharie began offering her services as a program manager. She found industry leading professionals from a variety of industries and coordinated them into a team to solve some of management’s largest issues. Her projects were a success and Sharie began to see an additional opportunity. She utilized the experts that were commissioned for her projects to train individuals and organizations on successful business practices.
