Boyd Shealy

Boyd Shealy, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Assistant HR Director at the SC Department of Health and Human Services since August 2015. Previously, Boyd held the position of HR Director at the South Carolina Department of Labor Licensing and Regulation from April 2015 to August 2015 and worked as a Human Resources Consultant at the S.C. Budget and Control Board from August 2011 to April 2015. Boyd Shealy earned a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina in 2003 and completed undergraduate studies at the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business between 1989 and 1994.
