Latoya Simpson-Hartsfield

LaToya Simpson-Hartsfield is an Administrative Coordinator at the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services since February 2023. Previously, LaToya served as a Test Administrator with the United States Military Entrance Processing Command from October 2021 to January 2023, and as an Executive Administrator at the United States Soldier Support Institute from February 2018 to October 2021. LaToya's background with the United States Army includes roles in Human Resources Management and as a Transportation Specialist/Administrative Assistant from July 2008 to January 2018. LaToya holds an Associate of Arts in General Studies and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Health Care Administration/Management from Columbia Southern University.
