Stephanie Donald

Stephanie Donald possesses extensive experience in early intervention and program management, currently serving as Part C Data Manager at the SC Department of Health and Human Services since April 2017, overseeing federal reporting and monitoring for the IDEA Part C program. Prior to this role, Stephanie was the Part C Operations Manager at the University of South Carolina for a decade, directing the Team for Early Childhood Solutions and providing technical assistance to stakeholders in the BabyNet system. Additional roles include Training and Technical Assistance Specialist, BabyNet Supervisor at the S.C. Department of Health and Environmental Control, and Early Intervention Specialist at the York County Board of Disabilities and Special Needs. Stephanie holds a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from Winthrop University.
