Andy Kotecki

Andy Kotecki has an extensive background in research and development, currently serving as Director for New Ventures R&D, Corporate Sustainability, and Pest Control R&D at SC Johnson, where responsibilities include managing a team focused on new product development for the Global Toilet Care business and overseeing a significant RD&E budget. Prior experience includes roles as Process Engineer at Fontarome Chemical, where Kotecki managed technical teams and capital projects, and as Process Development Scientist at Clorox, focusing on process scale-up for industrial production. Early career involvement includes a co-op position at Cargill, where Kotecki contributed to process improvements in a citric acid plant. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from Marquette University.
