Ibrahim El Alfy

Ibrahim El Alfy is a seasoned manufacturing professional with extensive experience in regional operations across Africa, the Middle East, and Turkey, currently serving as Regional Director of Manufacturing at SC Johnson since December 2012. Ibrahim has successfully led multiple roles, including managing end-to-end manufacturing operations, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and enhancing operational performance. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Air Liquide as Acetylene Plant Manager and at Fine Hygienic Paper Co. Ltd. as Production Lines Manager. Ibrahim holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering from Cairo University, specializing in Mechanical Design and Production Engineering.
